Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Director (Civil) – PPS-7
Qualification:
- BSc Civil Engineering with minimum 3.5 CGPA or 75% marks from HEC recognized university
- Valid PEC Registration
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 5 years field experience in planning/execution of construction projects (public/private sector)
- Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, Primavera-P6, and official correspondence
Preferred:
- MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Experience in public/private sector
Job Description:
- Responsible for technical oversight, construction planning, and quality assurance
- Supervise the FAB HQ building project and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
2. Assistant – PPS-4
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Graduation (1st Division) from recognized university
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in public/private sector
- Proficient in MS Office and official correspondence
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Administration or Project Management
Job Description:
- Provide administrative and documentation support
- Manage procurement files, contracts, progress reports, and project records
3. Junior Assistant – PPS-3
Qualification:
- Intermediate (1st Division)
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 2 years clerical/administrative experience in public/private sector
- Proficient in MS Office
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
Job Description:
- Maintain project records, file management, and data entry
- Support administrative work for FAB HQ building project
4. Driver – PPS-2
Qualification:
- Matriculation
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 2 years driving experience in public/private sector
- Must possess a valid LTV driving license
Preferred:
- Intermediate qualification
- Relevant experience certificates
Important Instructions
