- Print the Application Form and Challan Form after submission.
- Deposit the non-refundable fee in any branch of MCB Bank.
- Send the Application Form, Challan Slip, and attested documents (Degrees, CNIC, Domicile, Certificates) to:
Elite Testing Service, Street No. 34, Block No. 89, Office No. 06, I&T Center, G-10/1, Islamabad. - Keep your original bank deposit slip safe.
- Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip available on the ETS website.
